Here at Rehoboth, we want everyone who walks through our doors to know that God created, redeemed, gifted, and called them specially and uniquely. Ephesians 2:10 says, “We are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Keep scrolling to find out what your gifts are and how you might use them to serve!
What is a SHAPE assessment?
This resource is broken down into 5 parts:
Examining these 5 areas of who you are can give you a better look at your gifts and places you might like to serve. When you are serving God through using your gifts in an area you are passionate about, amazing things will happen!

We have options to take the assessment on your computer, phone, or tablet. Alternatively, click the button below to download and print a copy if you're more of a pen and paper person.
Before you dive in, know that this will take 30+ minutes. You can do one section at a time, or do it all in one sitting. It’s up to you.

After you're done, check your email for your results. Read through them and see if they resonate with you and what you know about yourself. Some of them might not, and some might--that's ok!
At the bottom of the email, you'll find a link that says "Click here to view serving opportunities." Click and see what pops up! These are open opportunities at Rehoboth right now, and you will be uniquely gifted to fill them if you feel the Spirit calling you. You can click the blue button to see what the position entails, and click the green button if you want to ask for more information.

Whew! That was a lot to think through! What a huge leap of faith you took today in filling this out. Thanks for taking the time to more fully realize how God has equipped YOU with Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experiences .
It is our hope, here at Rehoboth, that you will recognize your deep value and worth to God and that He will use each of these areas in your life for His Kingdom purposes. God has given each of us a unique calling to fulfill. When we open our hearts to dance with the Holy Spirit, we have the opportunity to find deep life fulfillment. As Rick Warren says "Service is the pathway to real significance. It is through ministry that we discover the meaning of our lives."
We want you to be serving in ministries that make your heart sing, that bring you joy and use your unique giftedness. We have found that when people serve where they are gifted, they experience great joy and a deeper love for Christ's bride, the church.
